About Baltimore County Volunteers
Baltimore County Volunteers Volunteer Center is an organization inside the Department of Aging. Although we are part of the Department of Aging, we serve people of all ages.
Baltimore County Volunteers Mission Statement
Volunteer Centers are conveners for the community, catalysts for social change and a resource for volunteers. They bring people and community needs together through a range of programs and services.
The Volunteer Center's role in the community is centered on the ability to:
- Connect people with service.
- Build capacity for effective volunteering.
- Promote volunteering.
- Participate in strategic initiatives that mobilize volunteers.
