Help support low-income parents experiencing all forms of hardships and crisis. The goal of the Mother-Baby program is to reinforce parenting skills and help parents with emergency childcare supplies in the form of diapers, formula, baby-food, toiletries, clothing and more. Volunteers assist with Family Life Workshops and parent education classes; sort, restock, and distribute emergency child care supplies; and assist the program manager and other volunteers with resource and referral services. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult (with an adult the volunteer age is 10-15). Volunteers must commit 2-4 hours per week, once a week.
