At our main site (3333 Third Avenue)we can accommodate groups up to size 15. Here, groups of 15 are divided into 3 or 4 of our programs: Emergency Food Locker, Clothing Closet, Mother-Baby and Guest Services. In these programs, volunteers will perform some of the following tasks: prepare and distribute emergency goods, act as supply clerks, meet and greet clients, preform client check-in, and more. Groups are welcome Monday through Friday, 10:00am-1:30pm. Groups must schedule weeks in advance. Plan to stay for at least 2 hours, a tour of the site is included. Groups are invited to volunteer on a monthly, yearly or one-time basis. This opportunity is sponsored by: Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services
