Auburn District Nursing Association's mission is to provide high quality, cost effective patient/family home health care services. The philosophy of the Agency is to provide comprehensive quality patient/family centered home health care that focuses on the unique needs of the individual and promotes maximum levels of wellness and independence. In addition, the Agency is committed to the provision of community programs that are based on the identified needs of the community.

Description:
The Auburn District Nursing Association provides a full range of home health care services to day-old infants, children, adults and seniors of Worcester County. In times of family crisis, we provide home health care in a caring personal way. That's our mission. That's why we exist.
The Agency's service area includes Auburn, Worcester, Millbury, Leicester, Spencer, Paxton, Holden, Boylston, West Boylston, Shrewsbury, Grafton, Sutton, Oxford, and Charlton. Services include: skilled nursing, Pediatrics, Maternal and Child Health, IV Therapy, Phlebotomy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, MSW Services, Home Health Aide and Nutrition services.
The Agency also offer an Adult Day Health Program in Millbury, MA. ADNA also provides Health Care Screening clinics for the Elderly and Disabled, Blood Pressure Outreach Clinics and Influenza/Pneumonia immunization clinics. The Agency provides 24 hour service, 7 days a week. There is no waiting list for any of our services and patients are seen with 24-48 hours of the referral.

History:
The Auburn District Nursing Association was founded in 1919. We are certified by the Dept. of Health and Human Services as a Medicare/Medicaid provider of home health services. The Agency, which is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, prides itself on its highly skilled, professional staff and long tradition of excellent care provided with a personal touch.
